When will i receive my order?

We aim to ship all confirmed orders the same day.

How to exchange or return a product?

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return any product. Please contact us at support@jveosl.com if you want to make a return or exchange.

Is my return valid?

A clean, unworn product with all the tags attached is of course a valid return. Some products might be delicate, so please try them on with care.

Used, washed or damaged products that are in no condition for resale will not be accepted.
